Do you deliver to my area?
Our free delivery typically covers Hartlepool and most of Durham & Teesside but please contact us whatever your location or occasion and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

How many people can the hot tub accommodate?
Our hot tubs are designed to take 4 adults comfortably.

Where can I have the hot tub installed ?
You will need firm ground at least 2 metres in diameter (lawn is fine). For the best experience we recommend an outside location, it must be a flat area that is free of sharp objects.

How do you fill the hot tub ?
If your home has a combi boiler we can fill the hot tub straight from your hot tap. This way you could be enjoying the experience within less than an hour of our delivery and in effect have an extra full day of use for free! This is an ideal way to surprise someone with a hired hot tub and instantly enjoy the benefits.

We can fill the hot tub using your cold water mains (an outside tap is perfect). The hot tub heats the water to your chosen temperature and maintains this throughout your period of hire. It takes around 24 hours to reach the desired temperature, however, the hot tub is set up 24 hours prior to allow for this at no extra cost to you.

How much will it cost to run?
This will depend on the outside air temperature and your choice of heat setting, but with proper use of the very efficient thermal cover this can be as little as 20p a day.

How much does the hot tub weigh?
When full (1500 litres of water), the hot tub can weigh up to 1600 kilograms. This means its spot must withstand 250kgs per square metre.

How does the hot tub maintain its temperature?
In order to maintain a constant temperature the hot tub needs to be connected to an electric supply. The very efficient heat exchanger will regulate the temperature, this will be aided by the thermal cover provided.

What about the electrical safety?
The hot tub is supplied with a residual safety device (RCD), for your comfort and safety.

What about the water treatment?
After filling we will treat the water and check the various balances. For longer periods of hire we will supply chemicals and talk you through this simple process at no extra cost.

Do we need any special plumbing or electrical requirements ?
No. All you need is a standard cold water tap and an electric supply (ideally less than 10 metres away).

What water temperature will the hot tub get up to?
The tub is designed to get up to a temperature of 40 degees C (although few people use them above 37 degrees). The most popular temperature setting is about 36 degrees.

Does anybody need to be at home when you deliver the hot tub?
Yes because we need to show you how to use the hot tub, use a tap and plug into an electrical socket. For longer periods of hire we may also need to show you how to add chemicals and clean the filter.

Does anybody need to be at home when you collect the hot tub?
No as long as we can get access to the tub and it is left unplugged. We can put your deposit through your letterbox.

Do the hot tubs come with a cover?
Yes, they come with a thermal cover to retain the heat. The lid is also lockable.
